RULES and CONTRACT OBLIGATIONS for ROLL–OFF SERVICE:
Roll-Off can only be filled to level marker. (Above level could result in rejection of load and a $75.00 service charge.
Seven Day Standard Service
DANNY’S DUMPSTER’S will not be held responsible for damage to yards or driveways caused from the normal Roll-Off unloading and loading process. (i.e. cracks, scratches, gouges or drainage tile, fluids)
No hazardous materials or liquids maybe disposed of in Roll-Off containers (i.e. oil, batteries, paints, tires, tree limbs, branches, and shrubs)
Important
It is the Sole Responsibility of the Customer to make sure nothing is blocking Roll-Off Container on the Pick-Up Date.
Roll-Off Container Removal can take place between 6:00am and 5:00pm on the Pick-Up Date.
In the event of the Roll-Off Being Blocked – there is an automatic $75.00 per day charge, until the Roll-Off is unblocked.
There is an automatic $75.00 trip charge to exchange container size.
Customer must pay COD Cash or Credit upon delivery.
Customer or designee must be on site for payment, signature of invoice and dumpster placement
Customer must call in for pick-up or will be billed accordingly ($10/Day after 7 day service period)
Dumpster must be filled to the top of the dumpster (level) $75 minimum charge if over top
Dumpster MUST NOT CONTAIN ANY CONCRETE, AGGREGATE, DIRT, STONE, ROCK, BLOCK, BRICK ECT. ($150 FEE WILL BE ADDED IF NOT IN COMPLIANCE OF STANDARD SERVICE TERMS)
Dumpster must not be blocked upon scheduled pick up. ($75 trip charge if blocked)

Tires
Turpentine
Waste Oil
Vehicle Batteries
Loads Consisting Primarily of Leaves
Hazardous Waste
Leachate
Household Appliances
Mattresses, Large Furniture(i.e. couches)
Acid
Asbestos
Ashes
Caustic Materials
Drums
Explosives
Flammable or Volatile Liquids
Human or Animal remains
Hydraulic Oil
Kerosene
Agricultural / Farm Equipment
Infectious, Pathological, Chemotherapeutic or Biological
